The "Beta – Closed-end Real Estate Fund" units which were subject to Initial Public Offering were wholly placed as part of the IPO which was successfully completed in October 2005.

As of the listing of the fund, occurred on the 24th of October 2005, units of Beta Fund are daily exchanged in the MIV segment (Mercato Telematico degli Investment Vehicles - until 2010 MTF) of the Italian Stock Exchange related to the investment vehicles by means of banks and enabled brokerage firms. The minimum amount is equal to one unit of the fund and the purchase order / sale may be conveyed from the front desk of the bank.
